Við erum með 45 m² sumarbústað til leigu frá 1. október og fram á næsta sumar. Lokadagsetningin er sveigjanleg.

Sumarbústaðurinn er með stóru, opnu alrými með lítilli eldhúsaðstöðu. Eldhúsið er búið öllu sem þarf til að elda, þar á meðal tveggja hellu spanhelluborði og litlum ofni.

Það eru tvö svefnherbergi: annað með einbreiðu rúmi (90 cm breitt) og hitt með tvíbreiðu rúmi (140 cm breitt). Einnig er lítið baðherbergi með salerni, vaski og lítilli sturtu. Lítil 4 kg þvottavél er í skáp í alrýminu og hentar vel til að þvo það nauðsynlegasta.

Fyrir utan er pallur með borði og stólum, tilvalinn til að njóta morgunkaffisins. Umhverfið er mjög fallegt, með miklum trjágróðri, fossum og gljúfrum í nágrenninu.

Athugið að sumarbústaðurinn er á afskekktum stað og engar verslanir eða veitingastaðir eru í næsta nágrenni. Næsta verslun er í Mosfellsbæ, í um 25 mínútna akstursfjarlægð, og það tekur um 35 mínútur að keyra til Reykjavíkur.

Vegurinn að sumarbústaðasvæðinu er mokaður þrisvar í viku yfir vetrartímann, en mælt er með fjórhjóladrifnum bíl.

We have a 45 m² summerhouse available for rent from 1 October until next summer. The end date is flexible.

The summerhouse has a large open-plan living area with a small kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a two-burner induction hob and a small oven.

There are two bedrooms: one with a single bed (90 cm wide) and one with a double bed (140 cm wide). There is also a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and compact shower. A small 4 kg washing machine is located in a cupboard in the living area and is perfect for washing the essentials.

Outside, there is a deck with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The surrounding area is very beautiful, with plenty of trees, waterfalls and canyons nearby.

Please note that the summerhouse is in a remote location, with no shops or restaurants nearby. The nearest shop is in Mosfellsbær, approximately 25 minutes away by car, and Reykjavík is around a 35-minute drive away.

The road leading to the summerhouse area is ploughed three times a week during winter, but a 4x4 car is recommended.

Domek letniskowy posiada dużą, otwartą przestrzeń dzienną z małym aneksem kuchennym. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko, co potrzebne do gotowania, w tym płytę indukcyjną z dwoma palnikami i mały piekarnik.

Są dwie sypialnie: jedna z pojedynczym łóżkiem (o szerokości 90 cm) i druga z podwójnym łóżkiem (o szerokości 140 cm). Jest też mała łazienka z toaletą, umywalką i małym prysznicem. Mała pralka o pojemności 4 kg znajduje się w szafie w salonie i jest idealna do prania najpotrzebniejszych rzeczy.

Na zewnątrz znajduje się taras ze stołem i krzesłami, idealny do delektowania się poranną kawą. Okolica jest bardzo piękna, z dużą ilością drzew, wodospadów i wąwozów w pobliżu.

Należy pamiętać, że domek letniskowy znajduje się w odległej lokalizacji, w pobliżu nie ma sklepów ani restauracji. Najbliższy sklep znajduje się w Mosfellsbær, około 25 minut jazdy samochodem, a do Reykjavíku jedzie się około 35 minut.

Droga prowadząca do obszaru domków letniskowych jest odśnieżana trzy razy w tygodniu w okresie zimowym, ale zaleca się samochód z napędem 4x4.
